The Triton Boys Basketball Clinic will run from July 14-17 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Triton Regional High School. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Players can register at www.trsdathletics.net under Camps and Clinics.

The first annual Amesbury Summer Basketball Clinic will be conducted by John Daileanes from July 28-31 at the Amesbury Middle School gym (girls, 8 to 11 a.m. and boys, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) for students entering grades 3-9. Baseball

Registration is now open for the Triton Viking and Junior Viking Baseball clinic, which will take place at Triton Regional High School between June 23-26. The cost for each participant is $119 for the Viking clinic and $69 for the Junior clinic. The Viking clinic will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day, and the Junior clinic will run from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Contact Triton head coach Ryan McCarthy with any questions at coachmac7@hotmail.com or register online at trsdathletics.net.

Peak Performance Clinic

The Peak Performance speed, agility and quickness clinic will run from June 23 through Aug. 15 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at Fuller Field in Newburyport. It is a multi-sport speed, agility, quickness and game conditioning clinic for both male and female athletes. The focus is on injury prevention through training techniques. The clinic consists of speed, plyometrics, explosiveness and change of direction drills. For more information visit www.peakperformancecamp.net or email jason@peakperformancecamp.net.

Lifeguard Training

The YWCA will be offering an American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course from June 23-27 to participants 15 years of age and older, and an American Red Cross Review Lifeguard Course from June 28-29. The rate for the full lifeguarding course is $300 for members, $350 for non-members, and the review course is $150 for members and $175 for non-members. To be eligible for the review course, participants must have a current lifeguarding certification. For more information or to register for either course, call 978-465-9922, ext. 15.
