Amesbury Youth Recreation will be holding Prime Time Lacrosse Day Clinics this summer for players looking to improve their skills. The clinic is intended for players who have been playing for a few years to improve their fundamentals and begin learning lacrosse team concepts, though new players are welcome too, and it will assist experienced lacrosse players in taking their game to the next level as they prepare for high school lacrosse in a safe, fun environment. Staff consisting of current and former college and professional lacrosse players will teach all aspects of both individual and team based skills, beginning with individual techniques moving towards utilizing these skills in offensive and defensive team settings. Participants should bring their own stick. The clinic will run from July 28-31, Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to noon and is for kids ages 8-15. Registration is $195 and the clinic will take place at Woodsom Farm. For more information, visit www.primetimelacrosse.com.
