Triton, Pentucket track teams sweep

Boys Indoor Track

Triton 56, Hamilton-Wenham 30

The Vikings (3-4) scored almost half of their points through second- and third-place finishes. Brandon Duford (hurdles, 8.9),

Nick Amello (300, 40.3), Ryan Kent (600, 1:25), Ethan Smith (1,000, 3:09) and Mark Theberge (shot put, 41-11) also placed first.

Girls Indoor Track

Triton 46, Hamilton-Wenham 40

Kerstin Darsney and Nikki Hepp won two events each for Triton (6-1). Darsney won the hurdles (8.5) and high jump (5-6). Hepp won the dash (7.6) and shot put (27-4). Sydney Rybicki (300, 47.0) and Maddie Quigley (mile, 5:39) also won individual events.

Pentucket 63 1/2, Manchester Essex 22 1/2

Pentucket 49, North Reading 37

Tyler Feeney won the 55-meter hurdles (9.0) and high jump (4-8) for the Sachems (7-1). Brooke Chambers (55-meter dash, 7.7), Emma Marchant (2-mile, 12:17.4), Ali Attenasio (shot put, 27-2), Maddie Nelson (45.6), Paige Wesolowski (600, 1:39.6) and the 4x400 relay team of Maddie Nelson, Jennie Nelson, Grace Dore and Wesolowski finished first.
