---- — What is the fondest memory of your athletic career?

Bill Pettingell

“The thing I’m most proud of is the number of kids that played baseball for me that have given back through coaching, playing or the Alumni Association. It’s grown into something rather significant.”

John Mulvaney

“All of those years with football, we did so very well. All of the Super Bowls we went to, and all of the kids that did so well and went off to college. It was a thrill seeing some of them playing in college.”

John Notargiacomo

Class of 1975

“Mr. Pettingell always had an offense and defensive points award winner. Only three in the history of the program won both awards in the same season — myself, Tim Powers (Class of 1976) and my son, Jared (Class of 2006).”

Peter Yates

Class of 1980

“It was a special time to be an athlete in the town with the football program led by Jim Stehlin and the baseball program starting to be developed by Coach Pettingell. My sophomore year, I played in a Super Bowl.”
