Triton wins for 5th time in 6 games

Triton 6, Masconomet 3

Justin Cashman earned the complete-game victory for Triton (5-3). He allowed two earned runs on four hits and three walks. He struck out 11. Cody Wolcik had two hits and two runs. Nate Estabrook had a hit, two runs and two stolen bases. Dmitri Hunt, Jon Seward, Nick Cornoni and Justin Cashman had one hit each.

Georgetown 13, Amesbury 3

Patrick Slack was the winning pitcher for the Royals (7-0). He was also 2 for 4 with two runs and three RBI. CJ Ingraham was 2 for 3 with a run and three RBI. Ben Noelk was 2 for 3 with two runs and three RBI.

Girls Lacrosse

Triton 13, Lynnfield 8

Morgan Snow scored four goals for Triton (4-5). Kaitlyn Muldowney added three goals and two assists. Kylie Smith and Meghan Muldowney scored two goals each. Maddie Quinley and Jessica Greeney added a goal each. Emma Cashman made six saves.


Triton 11, Pentucket 3

Triton (3-5) picked up its second win in as many days. Rylee Culverwell was 2 for 3 with two runs. Kelsey Trudell was 3 for 5 with three runs and two RBI. Cara Orlandi was 3 for 4 with a run and two RBI.

Pentucket 73, Amesbury 72

Amesbury 98, Lynnfield 46

Pentucket’s 4x400 relay team of Emma Marchant, Marissa Porter, McKenna Kilian and Paige Wesolowski clinched the victory with a first-place finish (4:32.0). Kilian also won the high jump (4-10) and 400 (1:02.4) for the Sachems (4-0). Rachel Perry (400-meter hurdles, 1:11.3), Ayeshah Malhi (discus, 89-3), Ali Attenasio (pole vault, 9-0), Marchant (2-mile, 12:35.4), Chase Marcotte (high hurdles, 16.6) and Porter (mile, 5:27.6) also placed first.

For Amesbury, Isabell Prussman won the high jump (15-11 1/2), 100 (13.1) and 200 (27.6). Marrisa Randall (shot put, 33-10), Megan Cullen (100, 13.1), Julia Shorter (800, 2:36), Emily Martin (triple jump, 31-8), and the 4x100 relay team of Annie O’Leary, Gaelin McDonald, Amanda Martin and Cullen also placed first.

Masconomet 101, Triton 44

Kerstin Darsney (triple jump), Kelsie Ferris (100), Jess Kelley (shot put) and Liz Willmonton (mile) had first-place finishes for Triton.

Ian Mitchell won the high jump (5-6), triple jump (40-8) and 400 (53.4) for Pentucket (3-1). Joe Labrecque (pole vault, 11-0), Tom Labrecque (2-mile, 11:22.4), Jake Baribeau (high hurdles, 16.6), Cooper Carifio (100, 11.6), Brett Repke (800, 2:22.7) and Chris Croteau (200, 24.6) also finished first for Pentucket, as did the 4x400 relay team of Franco Pizzarella, Alec Biese, Dan Thornton and Mitchell.

For Amesbury, Perry Mroz (shot put, 52-9 1/2), Curran O’Connor (discus, 135-6), Ryan Foley (long jump, 17-11 1/2), Pat Halloran (400-meter hurdles, 1:00.1) and Evan King (javelin, 176-0) placed first.

Masconomet 90, Triton 55

Max Theberge (triple jump), Matt Luttenbacher (discus), Mark Theberge (shot put), Dan Colpitts (100), Connor Barry (400) and Austin Stevens (pole vault) placed first for Triton.

Boys Lacrosse

Lynnfield 10, Georgetown 5

Zack Graham and Alex Brannon scored two goals each for Georgetown (4-3). Scott Perry added one.
