The Clippers improved to 12-5 Monday night. Casey Barlow went 3 for 4 with two RBI. Kendra Dow had a double and two RBI. Lauren Singer had a double, single and an RBI.

U14 Baseball

Woburn 5, Newburyport 0

Jake Valcich pitched five innings and allowed one earned run on four hits while striking out seven batters. Brian Hadden reached base two times, went 1 for 2 and doubled in the fourth inning.

Woburn 2, Newburyport 1

Erik March pitched four innings and allowed one earned run on three hits while striking out four batters. Joel Skaff pitched in relief and allowed no earned runs. Brian Hadden had two hits. Noah Van Schalkwyk had a hit and an RBI. Jonathan Jalajas and Erik March contributed with hits.
