Triton pins its way to victory over Saugus

Triton (6-3 overall, 1-1 CAL) received pins by Victor Ramirez (126 lbs., 1:00), John Boyle (132 lbs., 1:52), Luke Boyle (138 lbs., 0:24), Jesse Caldwell (152 lbs., 0:38), Mark Boyle (170 lbs., 2:36), Clay Bruneau (182 lbs., 0:40), Dave Manning (220 lbs., 7:20) and Brody Johnson (106 lbs., 3:03). Mike Talbot (120 lbs.) won by forfeit.

Pentucket 41, Danvers 30

Pentucket received pins from Sean Clohisy (195 lbs., 6:55), Josh Wesolowski (132 lbs., 1:47), Kevin Clark (138 lbs., 3:52), Jeff Funk (145 lbs., 1:24), Noah Malhi (160 lbs., 1:13) and Mike McCarron (170 lbs., 1:00). Tom Funk (120 lbs.) earned his 111th career victory with a technical fall (18-2).

North Reading 57, Triton 29

Ipswich 49, Triton 37

Dmitri Hunt (600, 1:41), Mike Theberge (high jump, 5-4) and Austin Stevens (2-mile) won individual events for Triton.

Girls Indoor Track

North Reading 52, Triton 34

Ipswich 61, Triton 25

Kerstin Darsney placed first in the high jump (5-1) and hurdles (6.4) for Triton. Kelsie Ferris (dash, 5.9) and Laura Frackiewicz (600, 1:58) also placed first.
