Coach’s outlook: “Last year was very successful for us, coming just one point shy of the tournament. My returning players possess the desire to qualify (for the playoffs) this season, and have already passed the desire down to the younger players on the team. We completed a very successful preseason with the highest numbers we have had in the past five seasons.”

Impact newcomers: Goalkeeper Molly Jannell, soph.; forward Margaret Noelk, soph.
Strengths: Offensive potential with forwards Mueskes and Noelk, who are working well together on the right wing.Goalie Jannell is also looking strong in net.
Concerns: Small roster, just 12 players on this year’s varsity team and only 13 on the JV squad. So there is a lack of substitutes.

Coach’s outlook: “We want to earn as many wins as possible, be as successful as we can be, and try to make the postseason. Scoring was a weakness for us last year but, with this year’s forward line, we have the potential to score a lot of goals this season.”
