AMESBURY – Todd Schell established the first Edward Jones office in Amesbury in 1994. Twenty-five years later, there are two Edward Jones offices serving clients in Amesbury, and the firm, headquartered in St. Louis, continues to grow.

Among other accolades, Edward Jones recently ranked highest in investor satisfaction with full-service brokerage firms in a 2019 J.D. Power satisfaction study, according to a press release.

Schell said, “We brought Tom Streep into the 49 Main St. office in 2008, and Nancy Kuran and I moved to the second office at 19 Haverhill Road in 2011. With the firm’s rapid growth, Tom established a Boston office at 77 N. Washington St. in 2016 and Peter Doyle stepped in to run the 49 Main St. office at that time.”

Doyle has been with the firm since 2015. To date, the firm has more than 18,000 advisers in the U.S. and Canada, serving more than seven million clients.
