Kelly D. Lawless, 53, 16 Brush Hill Road, Merrimac; assault and battery on family/household member, generally continued for a year, complete anger management program (Merrimac).

Edgar J. DaSilva, 40, 75 Scotland Road, Newbury; assault and battery on family/household member, guilty, 18 months probation, no abuse of victim, abide by restraining order, wear GPS device, stay out of Newburyport and Newbury, $50 VWF, $50 domestic violence fee (Newburyport).

Brian W. Molten, 37, 440 North Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for a year, $250 HIF; a marked lanes violation, not responsible; speeding, responsible, filed (Merrimac).

Brian G.
