Todd Surpitski, 25, 28 S. Warren St., Haverhill; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, both generally continued for six months, $100 court costs; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible (Rowley).
Anthony Ferraguto, 30, 789 St. Marks Ave., Apt, 3A, Brooklyn, N.Y.; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on $100 court costs; a lights violation, not responsible (Salisbury).
Donald R. Smith, 29, 22 Webster St., Haverhill; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, nine months in jail, sentence suspended two years while on probation, no driving without a license, $50 Victim Witness Fund, restitution to be determined; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $100 fine; a marked lanes violation, responsible, $105 assessment (Merrimac).
Michael Darcangelo, 26, 11 Robert Road, Salisbury; breaking and entering daytime for felony, larceny from a building, larceny under $1,200 and two counts of threatening to commit a crime, all dismissed (Salisbury).
Matthew S. Denno, 42, 7 Wells Ave., Georgetown; driving while under the influence of drugs, continued without a finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; a marked lanes violation, not responsible; failure to stop/yield, not responsible (Salisbury).
