Susan A. Perry, 68, 11 Warner Road, Ipswich; driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; attend half-day Brains at Risk class (Rowley).

Joseph Kearley, 30, 5 Lonvale Lane, No. 105, Amesbury; malicious damage to a motor vehicle, guilty, one-year probation, stay away and no contact with victim, complete anger management course, $90 VWF (Amesbury).

Larry W. Vitale, 63, 57 Atlantic Ave., Apt. A, Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed on $150 court costs (Salisbury).

Martin Tshitala, 60, 81 Bay Road, No. 1, Revere; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in jail, sentence suspended two years while on probation, complete 14-day inpatient treatment program, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed; a marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newbury).
