Chad M. Eley, 37, 219 Baptist Road, Canterbury, N.H.; driving while intoxicated, second subsequent offense, guilty, 10 days in the house of corrections with seven days to be spent attending the state's Multiple Offender Intervention Detention Center program, three-year loss of license, and when the license to drive is reinstated, the defendant must install an ignition interlock device in any vehicles registered to him for a 12-month period, $930 fine (Seabrook).
