HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded in Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Monday, April 18, with Judge Robert LaPoint presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Ashley Krueger, 23, 286 South Main St., Seabrook; receiving stolen property, guilty, 120 days in the house of correction and payment of $256 in restitution to the victim (Seabrook).

Gregory M. Gaus, 24, 24 Batchelder Road, Seabrook; simple assault, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, suspended pending one year's good behavior and the payment of $184 in restitution within seven days; criminal mischief, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Paul Maffeo, 54, 10 Trout Way, Salisbury; reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine and 60-day loss of license; driving while intoxicated, not prosecuted (Hampton).

Andrew J. Dreyer, 28, 57 Cedar St., No. 1408, Woburn; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon 12 months' good behavior and an evaluation within 90 days by a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and complying with recommendations; three additional counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs were not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Zachary Piechocki, 18, 5 Rowell St., Amesbury; possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon six months' good behavior and the defendant completing the Dover Alternative Sentencing and Prevention Program (South Hampton).

Kayleigh Rose McKeon, 17, 30 Congress St., Amesbury; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs in a motor vehicle, complaint placed on file without finding for one year, conditioned upon good behavior, which includes no further arrests (South Hampton).

Michael J. Stocker, 30, 689 Lafayette Road, Blg. 36, Seabrook; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, $600 fine, suspended upon payment of restitution (Hampton).

Logan Ashley Carey, 23, 303 Portsmouth Ave., Seabrook; resisting arrest, not prosecuted; two counts of simple assault, not prosecuted; shoplifting, guilty, $1,000 fine with $500 suspended conditioned upon payment of fine within 20 days, one year's good behavior and not entering Kohl's Department Store (Seabrook).
