SEABROOK — The Gift of Giving free holiday meal will welcome all for good food and holiday companionship tomorrow from 3 to 7 p.m. at Seabrook Community Center.
There are no state or town borders during the winter holidays, according to Chad and Jennifer Luby, owners of The Butcher Shop, Fish Market and Restaurant on Route 1 in Hampton Falls, who have spearheaded the dinner for the past five years. All are welcome to enjoy the goodies and holiday spirit the event offers each year.
The Lubys prepare the meal funded by local businesses like Dodge’s Agway, Taylor River Farm, Provident Bank’s Seabrook branch, the Hampton Rotary, Pepsi Distributors, Applecrest Farm. And Seabrook’s firefighters set up the event, help serve and clean up afterward.
Firefighters will also bring with them a very special someone.
“Santa will be at the Gift of Giving,” Jennifer Luby said. “And every child will leave with a smile.”
Seabrook’s Community Center is located on Route 1, next to Kohl’s shopping plaza.
