NEWBURYPORT – Guests on Saturday morning's Local Pulse live internet radio show will talk about winter at the wildlife refuge on Plum Island and look at the coming year for the City Council now that it has a new president.
Jean Adams of the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge will talk with show host Joe DiBiase about closure of the Hellcat Trail and the project to rebuild the trail and make it wheelchair accessible. She also will discuss winter at the refuge.
Also on the show, council President Jared Eigerman, the Ward 2 councilor, will discuss his new role, give an update on what's happening, and talk about what he would like to see happen on the council in the coming year.
