NEWBURYPORT – Newburyport Bank recently hired Lisa Brodeur of Newburyport as vice president of commercial lending and Adam M. Winn as vice president, commercial loan officer.
Brodeur was formerly vice president of commercial lending at First Ipswich Bank. Her responsibilities will include assisting borrowers who need financing for the acquisition, development or construction of properties on the North Shore and metro Boston and up to Portland, Maine.
She will report to Mitch Marcus, senior vice president of commercial lending.
Brodeur holds a bachelor of science in special education, and a master’s in special education administration, and has done coursework in the appraisal field, credit risk management and underwriting related to commercial lending. She is active with Our Neighbors’ Table in Amesbury.
Winn’s responsibilities will include developing new commercial banking relationships as well as providing relevant products and deposit account services to commercial customers specifically on the North Shore and in Essex County. Most recently, Winn was vice president at First Ipswich Bank. He also will report to Marcus.
Winn holds a bachelor of science in business from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s in finance from Suffolk University.
He lives in Beverly with his wife and children, and is an active community member through the Beverly Rotary Club, the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and Harborlight Community Partners, a Beverly nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing.
