Rocco L. Thurlow, 38, 6 Unicorn Circle, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days in jail, sentence suspended a year while on probation, $50 VWF; lights violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Julio Ochoa-Castanenda, 24, 303 Vane St., Revere; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation, both responsible, $100 assessment; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, responsible, $300 assessment (West Newbury).
