Jeffrey Cornblatt, 66, 1070 Salem St., North Andover, was issued a summons Friday at 1:21 p.m. on a charge of threatening to commit a crime. Officers Ronald Senter and Sinclair issued the summons after responding to a disturbance at Port Wine & Spirits, Storey Avenue.

Francisco Martinez, 53, 322 Main St., Boxford, was arrested Friday at 6:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Neil Moody and Sean Ward made the arrest on Merrill Street following an incident in Salisbury.
Holli Soltish, 35, no fixed address, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 10:04 p.m. and charged on five previous warrants. Officers Neil Moody and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

Donna Mary Roaf, 59, 1063 Western Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 9:01 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Stephen Smith made the arrest on the Plum Island Turnpike in the area of Bob Lobster.

Joseph Godfrey, 40, 285 Washington St., Apt. 1R, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 9:19 a.m. and charged with assault and battery of an intimate partner, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (door), breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $1,200.
