Amesbury

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Peter J. Houvouras, 64, 16 14th St., Newbury, was arrested Monday at 10:27 p.m, and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. Officer Kyle Arseneau made the arrest on Macy Street.

Salisbury

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Daniel John Sanders, 30, 2 Fremont St,. Woburn, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Daniel McPherson made the arrest on Elm Street.

Shane Small, 28, 27A Rocks Road, Apt. A, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 2:38 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of fireworks. Officer Jeffrey Greene made the arrest on Ferry Road.

Matthew Szpak-Rabbitt, 29, 18 Bond St., No. 506, Lynn, was arrested Monday at 6:21 a.m. and charged on two previous warrants. Officer Jayson Davis made the arrest on Toll Road.

Seabrook

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Charles J. Johnson IV, 37, 29 Dock Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:01 a.m. and charged with driving while under impairment. Officer John DiFrancesco made the arrest on Route 1.

Hayley Connors, 25, 111 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 2:56 p.m. and charged with theft by deception of up to $1,000 (five counts). Officer Daniel Hurley made the arrest at the Seabrook police station.

State police

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Wemberson Olivieira, 35, 10 Washington St., Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 12:35 p.m. and charged on two previous warrants and with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked/suspended license. Trooper Barry Nangle made the arrest in Haverhill.
