The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

James Cusenza, 54, 110 Lafayette Road, Apt. 18, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:59 p.m. on charges of forging or misusing an RMV document and no inspection sticker. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Macy Street.

Daniel Parra, 37, 35 High St. Apt. 1, Topsfield, was issued a summons Monday at 1:05 a.m. on charges of forging or misusing an RMV document and no inspection sticker. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Interstate 95 near the Macy Street exit.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Laura J. Mahoney, 19, 17 Harriman Road, Merrimac, was arrested Sunday at 12:19 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the Newbury barracks:

Dante Mochi, 30, 65 Myrtle St., Medford, was issued a summons Thursday at 4:50 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Merrimac.

Luis Rivera, 37, 34 Hancock St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 7 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Newbury.

Aleksander Tkatch, 19, 9 Peach Tree Lane, Danvers, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:49 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, unsafe lane change and failing to signal. Trooper O'Neill issued the summons in Newbury.
