Myra J. Turner, 36, 142 Elm St., No. 5, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:39 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Charles Vorderis issued the summons on High Street.
Alfred W. Burns, 53, no fixed address, Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Vorderis made the arrest on Storey Avenue.

Terry Lee, 61, 445 Ocean Blvd., No. 12, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Monday at 8:41 p.m. and charged with stalking. Officer Ryan Kane and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Farm Lane.
David C. Winsor, 45, 40 Welcome St. No. 206, Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 1:05 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Officers David Hersey, Adam Laurent and Ryan Kane made the arrest on Route 286 near the Blackwater Bridge.

Forrest Griffin, 17, 104 Railroad Ave., Apt. B, Salisbury, and Craig Eaton, 21, 209 High St., Ipswich, were arrested Tuesday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with possession of a class B substance to distribute. Eaton was also charged with modifying an exhaust to make it louder and no inspection sticker. Officers Craig Lesage, Daniel McNeil and Keith Forget made the arrests on Lafayette Road.

Henrique Maia Oliveira, 25, 55 Raymond Marchetti, B, Ashland, was issued a summons Monday at 1:50 p.m. on charges of larceny under $250 and two counts of receiving stolen property less than $250. The summons was issued at the Newbury police station.

Doreen Deletetsky, 48, 9 Samos Circle, Middleton, was issued a summons Friday at 8:30 a.m. on a charge of making annoying phone calls. The summons was issued on Route 1.
Ronald Tattersall, 51, 128 Leslie Road, Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 11:34 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. The arrest was made on Leslie Road.

Wendell Holmes, 36, 32 Rainbow Drive, Bradford, was issued a summons Monday at 8:10 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Haverhill.
Bruce Gaskell, 45, 624 Essex Ave., Gloucester, was arrested Monday at 9:35 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and marked lanes. Trooper Nangle made the arrest in Boxford.
Allison Mayer, 23, 42 Gage St., No. 2, Augusta, Maine, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:15 a.m. on charges of unsafe lane change and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Boxford.
