A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Monday at 9:28 a.m. on a charge of receiving stolen property more than $250. Officer Gregory Whitney issued the summons at the Newburyport Police Department.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Ami B. Coletti, 39, 34 Strong St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:05 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Thomas Nichols, Raymond Landry and Kevin Mulrenin issued the summons on Elm Street.

Marie A. Wolk, 26, 65 Temple St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 11:05 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Matthew Cunningham, Nichols and Sgt. David Noyes made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Elm Street near Burger King.

Jonna McConnell, 30, 201 Echo Ave., Portsmouth, N.H. was arrested Sunday at 4:06 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Sgt. Noyes and officer Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest on Acadia Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

David Hughes, 19, 30 Vine St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 9:30 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a lights violation. Officer Denis Lucia issued the summons on Route 1.

Ashley Anne MacLean, 22, 52 Main St., Springvale, Maine, was arrested Saturday at 5:51 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving scene of an accident, marked lanes and electronic messaging while driving. Sgt. Robert Roy and officer Mark Thomas made the arrest on Beach Road.

Scott Regazzini, 23, 34 Phillips Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in right lane. Officers Richard Dellaria and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Elm Street.

Michael Crisham, 57, 8 Richard St., Hampton, N.H. was issued a summons Saturday at 1:23 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, false name to police officer and failure to use care while backing. Officers Dellaria and Ryan Collins issued the summons on Beach Road.

Daniel F. Rawding, 26, 46 Beach Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:27 p.m. on charges of larceny from a person and assault and battery. Officers Daniel McNeil and Szymkowski issued the summons on School House Lane.

Richard C. Cole, 59, 96 Atlantic Ave., rear, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 7:50 p.m. and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery and resisting arrest. Officers Szymkowski and McNeil made the arrest on Atlantic Avenue.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Donna Marie Duford, 58, 221 Towle Farm Road, Hampton, N.H. was arrested Saturday at 6:42 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Sgt. David Buccheri and officer Mark Richardson made the arrest at Walmart on Route 1.

The following people were arrested Sunday at 12:26 a.m. and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Jesse Dean Pacheco, 19, 8 Walnut Ave., North Hampton, N.H.; Jake Pereira, 20, 38 North St., Haverhill; William Cotton, 19, 41 Seabreeze Drive, North Hampton, N.H.; Shelby Marshall, 20, 37 South Main St., Seabrook; Summer Lee, 19, 8 Merchant Road, Hampton Falls, N.H.; Scott E. Knowles, 18, 120 Lower Collins St., Seabrook; and Billie-Jo Knowles, 7 Bigs Lane, Seabrook. At the same time, Brian D. Sullivan, 20, 117 Cimarron Apt. C12, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Joseph Lister, Richardson, Chester Felch, Detective Daniel Lawrence and Sgt. Buccheri made the arrests on Lower Collins Street.

Florence Amiee Lyons, 43, 34 Richard Road, Rye, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 5:10 p.m. and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Jeffrey Baillargeon made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Beau C. Marchitelli, 33, 25 Baker Road, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 12:39 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes and no inspection sticker. Officer Michael Croteau made the arrest on Plum Island Turnpike.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Rick Gariety, 52, 15 Maple St., Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 9:23 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Richard Holcroft and Robert Coppola made the arrest on Church Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Kevin Burke, 41, 67 Washington St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and no inspection sticker. Officer Michael Traister issued the summons on School Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Joseph Potter, 18, 132 Range Road, Windham, N.H. was issued a summons Friday at 10:21 a.m. on charges of false fire alarm and disturbing a public assembly. Sgt. Jeffrey Durand issued the summons at Pentucket High School.
