Marie R. Ferland, 62, 17 Spring Hill Road, Byfield, was issued a summons Friday at 12:27 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection. Officer John Schmidt issued the summons on Route 1.
Shailyn Harrington, 18, 225 Low St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 2:08 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Low Street.
Mark Talas, 20, 45 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, and Christopher Nikas, 19, 13 Linwood Place, Amesbury, were arrested Friday at 10:01 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Richard Rocco, Daniel McCarthy, Michael McGinnis and Sgt. Thomas Cappelluzzo made the arrests on Inn Street.
Celso Costa, 28, 186 State St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 11:21 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Officers Michael Wilichoski and Robert Vatcher made the arrest on State Street.
Nicholas DeKanter, 56, 19A Congress St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 5 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and a crosswalk violation. Officer Eaton issued the summons on Green Street.
Laura Aiello, 55, 680 South Ave., #5, Weston, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:41 p.m. on a charge of cruelty to animals. Officers Eaton and Edward Rice issued the summons on State Street.
Josh Gilbert, 17, 18 Woodman Way #18, Newburyport; Sara M. Glynn, 18, 70 Main St., Byfield; and Ashley Mary Barlow, 19, 14 Larkin Road, Byfield, were arrested Sunday at 1:10 a.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Eaton and Joshua Tierney made the arrests on Noble Street.
Brett Straub, 18, 6 Main St., Byfield, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Tierney and Sgt. Howard Adams issued the summons on High Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Kojo Ampiah, 33, 411 Federal St., Montague, was arrested Friday at 6:38 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers David Clark and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Street.
Ryan R. Gaumond, 20, 125 Main St. #206, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:24 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Mulrenin and Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest at the School Street police station.
Jason A. Deloge, 22, 15 Blacksnake Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:38 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper turning. Officer Raymond Landry and Sgt. Albert Chatigney made the arrest on Market Street.
Kevin Doherty, 52, 692 Chandler St., Tewksbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:16 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and attaching number plates to conceal ID. Officers David Noyes and Robert Chatigney issued the summons on Haverhill Road.
Luis Gonzalez, 48, 28 West Adams St., Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 10:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Steven Reed and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Macy Street.
Robert West, 19, 9 Church St., Byfield, was arrested Sunday at 12:10 a.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol and speeding. Officers Mulrenin, Carl Lesage and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Interstate 95 south.
SALISBURY
The following items were listed in the Salisbury police log:
William S. Hamilton, 51, 13 Epping Ave., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 7:17 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license due to OUI, failure to stop for police and no inspection sticker. Officers Richard Dellaria and Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Collins Street.
Jason Grimm, 31, 14 Cottage Lane, Lowell, was arrested Friday at 9:58 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police. Officers Keith Forget, Dellaria and Brian Smith made the arrest on School Street.
William J. Hurde, 21, 51 Beach Road, Salisbury, and Jacob Lavoie, 17, 1 Mudnock Road, Salisbury, were issued summonses Saturday at 4:49 p.m. Hurde was summonsed on a charge of selling/delivering alcohol to a minor. Lavoie was summonsed on a charge of minor transporting alcohol in vehicle. Officer Hunter issued the summonses on Elm Street.
Alyssa Lynn Lariviere, 19, 134 Main St., South Hampton; Cameron C. McDonald, 20, 55 Congress St. #164, Amesbury; Alianna Deborah Ortu, 19, 153 Elm St., Amesbury; and Justin Lyle MacLeod, 19, 18 Powow St., Amesbury, were arrested Saturday at 7:52 p.m. Lariviere was charged with two counts of person under 21 in possession of alcohol and possession of a class B substance. McDonald was charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Ortu was charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol. MacLeod was charged with two counts of person under 21 in possession of alcohol and having a false ID card. Officers Richard Szymkowski, Dellaria, Forget and James Sullivan made the arrests on Bridge Road.
Derek Patrick Stehlin, 19, 71 Washington St., Newburyport, and Danielle LaPointe, 23, 15 Glenwood St., Amesbury, were issued a summonses Saturday at 8:44 p.m. Stehlin was summonsed on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. LaPointe was summonsed for selling/delivering alcohol to a minor. Officer Dellaria issued the summonses on Bridge Street.
Jordyn J. Smith, 19, 142 Pleasant St. Bldg 110, 201, Methuen, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:18 p.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Bridge Street.
Andrew G. Coleman, 49, 22 Vine St., Medford, was arrested Saturday at 9:19 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a class B substance (Adderall) and possession of a class E substance (Xanax). Officers Hunter, Dennis Lucia and James Leavitt made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Anatole Aran Draleau, 21, 10 Lafayette St., Newburyport; Taylor Poussard, 20, 72 Market St., Amesbury; Joseph Ciovacco, 20, 72 Market St.; Amesbury; and Ashlyn Calcagni, 20, 24 Batchelder Road, Seabrook, were arrested Saturday at 9:54 p.m. Draleau was charged with selling/delivering alcohol to a minor. Poussard was charged with person under 21 in possession alcohol. Ciovacco was charged with minor transporting alcohol. Calcagni was charged with possession of a class C substance and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Dellaria, Lucia and Sullivan made the arrests on Bridge Road.
Melissa A. Zagarella, 24, 70 Middle Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 5:56 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. Officers Eugene Scion and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Reese M. O'Leary, 27, 77 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 3:13 p.m. and charged with second degree assault. Officers Patrick Smart, Scott Mendes, Michael Cawley and Jeremy Tetrault made the arrest on South Main Street.
William Hamilton, 51, 13 Epping Ave., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 7:19 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle revocation or suspension. Sgt. Jason Allen made the arrest on Route 286.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Rodolfo Nunez, 22, 29 Hall St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 5:58 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation. Officer Megan Muldowney issued the summons on Scotland Road.
WEST NEWBURY
Jennifer Vanmoerkeque, 31, 6B Whittier Drive, Seabrook, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:07 p.m. on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.
GEORGETOWN
The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:
Glen A. Murch, 43, 15 Hammond St., Rowley, was arrested Friday at 9:53 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and state highway traffic violation. Officer Scott Hatch made the arrest on East Main Street.
MERRIMAC
The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:
John Thomas DesRoches, 19, and William J. DesRoches, 23, both of 20 Victor St., Apt. 9, Haverhill, were arrested Sunday at 2:33 a.m. John DesRoches was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property greater than $250. William DesRoches was charged with disorderly conduct and assault. Officer Adam White, with assistance of Amesbury police, made the arrests on Heath Road.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:
John Fabiano, 24, 495 Broadway, Methuen, was arrested Friday at 11:50 p.m. on a previous warrant. Fabiano was also issued a summons on charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Topping made the arrest in Haverhill.
Jeannette Sanchez, 32, 567 Main St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Salisbury.
Yovanny Geronimo, 26, 8 Campo Seco #2, Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:25 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Merrimac.
