Justin Davidson, 28, 37 Washington St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 3:05 p.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance. Officer Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest.

Bretton Fournier, 21, 6 Fairway Drive, No. 1460, Derry, N.H., was arrested Monday at 11:43 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Jeremy Kelley, Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Steven Sforza made the arrest at Tens Show Club, North End Boulevard.
Jason Robert Nelson, 39, 19 Boynton Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 4:18 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and disguise to obstruct justice. Officers Richard Dellaria and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Main Street.

Edward Allard, 54, 356 Pleasant St., Island Pond, Vt., was arrested Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and license not in possession. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest on Interstate 495, north.

Farrah Ann Finnegan, 38, 237 Northern Blvd., Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 3:30 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Jason Dacunha issued the summons on 11th Street.
Brenda L. Ernst, 47, 42 Railroad Ave., Rowley, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:37 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license or right to operate suspended. Officer John Regan issued the summons on Boston Road.

Reginald Allen Trefethen IV, 21, 180 Portland St., Rochester, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 12:27 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.
Edgardo Torres, 44, 71 Blacksnake Road, Apt. B, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 4:05 p.m. and charged with forgery. Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest on Blacksnake Road.
Amanda Bymark, 24, 21 Folly Mill Road, Apt. 6E, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 10:27 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer John Giarusso made the arrest on Folly Mill Terrace.

Philip M. Eyssallenne, 29, 39 Cypress Ave., Methuen, was arrested Monday at 3:26 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. At the same time, Eyssallenne was issued a summons on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper McCrave made the arrest in Haverhill.
Andres Smerling Sanchez, 30, 5 Harris St., Peabody, was issued a summons Tuesday at 1:40 a.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance to distribute, a number plate violation, registration not in possession and an equipment violation. Trooper Lamusta issued the summons in Ipswich.
Scott Hibbard, 61, 61 Marshland St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 1:39 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper DeMeo made the arrest in Haverhill.
