Katie O'Callaghan, 31, 11 Glangara Croton, Hudson, N.H., was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Friday and charged with disorderly conduct. The arrest was made on Middle Street.
Patrick W. Smith, 22, 113 Cottage St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on Saturday and charged with racing a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation. Officers Rocco and Michael McGinnis made the arrest at the corner of Clipper Way and Woodman Way.
Lorraine S. Sanders, 26, 31 Columbus Ave. #2, Haverhill, was issued a summons at 6:26 p.m. Friday on a charge of operating with a suspended license. Officers Thomas Nichols and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Elm Street.
Malcolm H. Burns, 20, 9 Huntington Ave., Amesbury, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. Friday on a warrant. Officer Nichols, Sgt. Glen Chaput and officer Michael Purvis made the arrest on Huntington Avenue.
Michael A. Powell Jr., 22, 19 Grove St., Methuen, was issued a summons at 8:24 a.m. Saturday on charges of a motor vehicle not meeting inspection standards, an uninsured motor vehicle and revoked registration. Officers David Noyes and David Clark issued the summons on Macy Street.
Monique Ann Choate, 23, 33 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Saturday and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, operating a motor vehicle with name and address change and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of warrant arrest. Officers Noyes and Clark made the arrest on Macy Street.
Victoria Greer, 68, 10 Howard George Court, Salisbury, was issued a summons at 2:35 p.m. Saturday on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise (third offense). Officer Noyes made the arrest at Stop & Shop on Macy Street.
Leighann Stonge, 20, 348 Washington St., first floor, Haverhill, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Saturday and charged with failure to stop for police, operating to endanger, three counts of reckless endangerment to a child under 18, attempt to use number plate to conceal ID, an uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Nichols and Raymond Landry and Sgt. Chaput made the arrest on Macy Street.
Meredith J. McCarthy, 24, 73 Manchester St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation. Officer Landry and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest.
Alfred G. Mispilkin, 48, 38 Folley Mill Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons at 2:45 p.m. Sunday on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, an uninsured motor vehicle and a lights violation. Officer Noyes issued the summons on Congress Street.
Israel Vasquez, 24, 142 Water St., Lawrence, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and operating an unregistered vehicle. Officers Nichols and Landry made the arrest on Macy Street.

Lee Ann Gouthier, also of 370R Main St., was arrested on a warrant. Officers Eric Forni and Barry Coker made the arrests on Main Street.

Antoinette Schoar, 40, 480 Beacon St., No. 18, Boston, was issued a summons on charges of driving with revoked registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Coker issued the summons Monday at 4:18 p.m. on Main Street.

The summons was issued in Salisbury by Trooper Michael Provost.
Two people were arrested Sunday at 7:32 p.m. John Lien, 24, 5 Whites Farm Road, Foxboro, was charged with domestic assault and battery, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and distributing a class D controlled substance. Meghan O'Mahony, 23, 425 Treble Cove Road, North Billerica, was charged with domestic assault and battery and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. The arrests were made Trooper Matthew Wilson in Merrimac.
Kimberly Bowman, 43, 10 Boxford Road, Unit 23, Rowley, was issued a summons yesterday at 12:45 p.m. on charges of driving after registration revocation, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving after license suspension. The summons was issued by Trooper Provost in Boxford.
Lealand Wambardt, 21, 148 Little Mill Road, Sandown, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 3 p.m. on charges of reckless driving, failure to stop for a police officer, speeding, failure to stay within marked lanes and a red light violation. Trooper Dana Atkinson made the arrest in Merrimac.
