NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Officers Stephen Jenkins and Stephen Smith responded to a house party at 126 High Road in Newbury Saturday at 1:40 a.m., resulting in the arrests of two males; 14 were charged with being minors in possession of alcohol.

Darren W. Wright, 19, 325 High St., Newburyport, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Kyle S. Johnston, 20, 2 Crow Lane, Newburyport, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Madison Casey VanEtten, 18, 126 High Road, Newbury, was issued a summons on keeping a noisy and disorderly house and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Samuel Joseph Melanson, 20, 4 Riverview Drive, Newburyport; Laura A. Fallon, 19, 9 Bayberry Road, Newburyport; Olivia E. Campbell, 19, 23 High St., Apt. B, Newburyport; Lauren M. Bertone, 19, 18 South Pond St., Newburyport; Thomas E. Dwyer, 19, 11 Lafayette St., Newburyport; Anna E. DeGloria, 19, 26 Merrimac St., Amesbury; Dane E. Lisieski, 20, 140 Low St., Apt. B, Newburyport; Richard P. Smith III, 19, 105 Portland St., South Berwick, Maine; Andrew A. Seidel, 20, 11 Parsons St., Newburyport; Samuel John Toolan, 18, 19 Oak St., Newburyport; Matthew J. Wahlgren, 19, 1 Spofford St., Newburyport; and Timothy H. Jones, 20, 32 Frances Drive, Newburyport, were all issued summonses on charges of being minors in possession of alcohol.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Daniel Levy, 25, 7 Larrabee Terrace, Peabody, was issued a summons Friday at 9:40 p.m. on charges of driving with a revoked license and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Candeliere issued the summons in Boxford.

Christine Delgado, 41, 25 Uptack Road, Groveland, was arrested Friday at 10:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment while driving under the influence, and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Murray made the arrest in Haverhill.

Derek Vaughan, 30, 1 River Place, Lowell, was arrested Friday at 11:10 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of a class B drug and driving while under the influence of drugs. Trooper Driscoll made the arrest in Haverhill.

Melissa Hajjar, 34, 60 Buttonwoods Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 1:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Sullivan made the arrest in Haverhill.

Ian Alder, 33, 744 Broadway, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 1:58 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense). Trooper Jenkins made the arrest in Haverhill.

Craig DeMarco, 32, 16 Coolidge Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 2 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Driscoll made the arrest in Haverhill.

Paul Kelly, 29, 2 5 St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 2:13 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Sullivan made the arrest in Haverhill.

Craig Harrison, 22, 56 Huntington Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:20 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Emmett made the arrest in Haverhill.

Kenneth Parker, 56, 210 Sherwood Glen, Somersworth, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 6:25 a.m. on charges of a seat belt violation, driving to endanger and failure to stop. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Amesbury.

Jason Andrews, 35, 23 Lancaster St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:50 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Amesbury.

Kevin McLamb, 31, 42 Locust St., Apt. 702, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 12:01 a.m. on a warrant. Trooper Wilson made the arrest in Amesbury.

Toibio Gonzalez, 29, 82 Portland St., Apt. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:49 a.m. on charges of driving without a license. Trooper Alestock issued the summons in Merrimac.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Gregory A. Costa, 45, 15 O St., Apt. D, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:13 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, breaking and entering at nighttime for felony and resisting arrest. Officers Steven Sforza and Brian Smith made the arrest at 355 Northend Blvd.

Jerome F. Crowley Jr., 55, 89 Main St., Apt. 5, Raymond, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:03 a.m. and charged with a marked lanes violation, a seat belt violation and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officer Craig Lesage made the arrest on Elm Street.

Alfred W. Burns, 52, 104 Cable Ave., Apt. 14, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:50 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Dennis Lucia, James Leavitt, Richard Merrill Eugene Scione and Brian Smith made the arrest on Vermont Street.

Clifton David Ward, 23, 135 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of driving with a revoked license. Officer Richard Dellaria issued the summons on Beach Road.

Mark Dlugosz, 57, P.O. Box 1315, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 6:42 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Eric Maynard, 33, 57 Hilton Ave., Exeter, was arrested Thursday at 6:08 p.m. and charged with assault and criminal mischief (vandalism). Officers Jeremy Tetreault and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Route 286.

Karen Maynard, 32, 18 Parkersville Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 6:08 p.m. and charged with assault. Officers Tetreault and Brown made the arrest on Route 286.

Allen W. Brown, 33, 21 Folly Mill Road, Apt. 5D, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 6:40 p.m. on two warrants. Officer Tetreault made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Marcella Dow, 40, 122 Lower Collins St., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 10:21 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Michael Cawley and David Hersey made the arrest on Lower Collins Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

David L. Bastarache, 41, 118 Ledge Road, Chester, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 8:17 p.m. on charges of driving to endanger. Officers Raymond Landry and Michael Purvis issued the summons on Haverhill Road.

Cathy DiVeglia, 50, 10 Hidden Pasture Road, Kensington, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:49 p.m. and charged with negligent driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Landry, Purvis and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

William M. Baker, 32, 70 Madison St., Apt. 13, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness and assault to murder. Sgt. Glenn Chaput and officers Lesage and Steven Reed made the arrest on Madison Street.

Arnaud Lessard, 33, 9 Ten Acres Road, Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 12:58 a.m. and charged with speeding in violation of special regulations, a marked lanes violation and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sgt. Craig Bailey and officer Purvis made the arrest on Main Street.

Paul V. Wheeler, 30, 4 Hale St., Exeter, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 8:41 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Landry, Thomas Nichols and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Congress Street.

Elizabeth Harmon, 24, 2.5 Broad St., Salem, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:45 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license, miscellaneous vehicle equipment violation and an inspection violation. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Pond Street.

Alfred S. StJean, 44, 72 South Main St., Apt. BCU11, Newton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:04 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Landry and David Clark made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

John Raymond Macedonia, 51, 81 Winter St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 3:04 p.m. and charged with shoplifting by asportation (second offense). Officers Charles Vorderis and John Schmidt made the arrest on State Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the log of the Georgetown police:

Christopher Gatchell, 34, 119 Thurlow St., Georgetown, was arrested Friday at 8:03 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Detective James Rodden made the arrest at the residence.
