Herbert Janvrin, 27, 224 High St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:15 a.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. The arrest was made at the Newburyport police station.
AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Noah F. Kologe, 24, 35 Lime St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 6:54 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Macy Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Steven Randall, 38, 21 Main St., Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 6:04 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender (subsequent offense) and a lights violation. Sgt. Timothy Hunter and officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Collins Street.
Kellianna Eileen Volpone, 22, 25 Meaders Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 9 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and a lights violation. Officers Hunter and Leavitt issued the summons on Route 1.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Frederick B. Eaton Jr., 32, 116 Blacksnake Road, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 10:38 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and simple assault. Officers Justin Murphy, Patrick Smart and Sgt. Brett Walker made the arrest on Blacksnake Road.
Emily E. Rogers, 21, 24-113 Batchelder Road, Apt. D16, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 12:56 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Detective Daniel Lawrence, Sgt. Walker and officer Smart made the arrest on Batchelder Road.
Danny V. Roy, 60, 49 Kendell Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 4:41 a.m. and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Officer Joseph Lister made the arrest on Route 1.
NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:
A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested Friday at 2:01 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbance of schools or assemblies. Officer John Lucey III made the arrest at Triton Regional High School, Elm Street.
Madelyn Steeves, 47, 4 Leary Lane, Middleton, was arrested Friday at 11:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer James Bedard made the arrest on Scotland Road.
MERRIMAC
The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:
William Moschetto, 34, 6 Jennifer Way, Danville, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 3:04 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and receiving stolen property. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest on Locust Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the Newbury barracks:
Jacob Tucker, 32, 1 Locust St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Friday at 9:20 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended registration (subsequent offense). Trooper Robidoux issued the summons in Amesbury.
Audry Ivelis Montano, 20, 52 Vine St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 11:10 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Robidoux made the arrest in Haverhill.
David S. Adams, 56, 45 Riverdale Ave., Bradford, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:10 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 1:15 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance and no seat belt. Trooper Lamusta made the arrest in Haverhill.
Carol D. Suarez, 34, 11 Royal Crest Drive, No. 2, North Andover, was arrested Saturday at 1:25 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and marked lanes. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Merrimac.
Caleb C. Ewing III, 53, 11 Sunnyside Place, Belmont, was arrested Saturday at 7:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding, fail to signal and marked lanes. Trooper Patterson made the arrest in Newburyport.
