Tori Caron, 20, 33 Meetinghouse Road, Merrimack, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 12:38 a.m. and charged with operator refuse to identify self to police and an equipment violation. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Macy Street.
Scott Walsh, 59, 81 High St., Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 9:17 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer John Lannon made the arrest.
Andrew J. Bragdon, 28, 7 Morsecroft Lane, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 10:49 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Liam Leary made the arrest.
Roderick Q. Roosa, 46, 72 South Hampton Road, Apt. R, Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Leary made the arrest on South Hampton Road.
Ryan C. Tragakis, 22, 14 Macy St., Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 2:58 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of a class B substance to distribute and possession of a class B substance. Detective Steven Reed made the arrest on Macy Street.
David P. Kakles, 46, 25 Second St., North Andover, was arrested Thursday at 11:59 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations and unlawful possession of fireworks. Officer Lannon made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.
Adam Tousignant, 29, 141 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 8:13 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Macy Street.

Tyler Thislewood, 23, 18 Woodman Way, No. 20, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 3:18 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officer Michael Tullercash made the arrest at Good Fortune restaurant, Elm Street.
Ryan E. Luther, 40, 75 North St., Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 8:37 p.m. on charges of fail to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Elm Street.
Steven Phillips, 30, 9A River St., Newmarket, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 9:55 a.m. on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme (31 counts) and larceny under $250 by single scheme (11 counts). Sgt. Steven Sforza issued the summons at the Sunoco Mini-Mart, Elm Street.
Rebecca M. Macklin, 40, 22 Fowler St., Salem, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:05 p.m. on charges of an equipment violation, failure to wear a seat belt (three counts) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Richard Dellaria issued the summons on the Driftway.
Evelyn P. Beausoleil, 59, 14 Green St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:18 p.m. on a charge of violating a harassment prevention order. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Garfield Street.
