Pamela Brown, 46, of 12 Summer St., Amesbury, was issued a summons at 9:07 p.m. Wednesday for larceny over $250.
Margo H. Banta, 69, of 25 Temple St., no. 608, Newburyport, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. yesterday and charged with shoplifting. The arrest was made by officer Charles Vorderis at Market Basket on Storey Avenue.

Susan A. Demasi, 36, 4 Pearl St., Apt. 3, Amesbury, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. Thursday and charged with domestic assault and battery. Susan A. Demasi, 19, of the same address, was issued a summons on the same charge. Police responded to Pearl Street.
The following items were recorded in the Newbury state police barracks:
Phillip Olliviere, 25, of 18 Chelmsford Road, Billerica, was issued a summons yesterday at 7:55 a.m. for revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle. The summons was issued by Trooper Ciardiello in Haverhill.
Damaris Orozco-Vasquez, 34, of 71 Morrill Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday for having a revoked registration. The summons was issued by Trooper Lavita in Haverhill.
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Karisa Benoit, 22, of 38 Central Ave., Apt. 101, Salisbury, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant following a motor vehicle stop on Lafayette Road. Officer Craig Lesage made the arrest.
Harry H. Cole, 49, of 9 High St., Salisbury, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. Thursday and charged with violating an abuse prevention order at Michael's Oceanfront Motel on Central Avenue. Police also arrested Glenn G. Benoit Jr., 33, of 505 Forest St., North Andover, on seven warrants.
