The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michael I. Andrews, 30, 16 Gardiner St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Friday at 10:54 p.m. on a charge of malicious destruction of property more than $250. Officer Derek Paru issued the summons after an incident at The Grog, Middle Street. 

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Elijah A. Burke, 37, 21 Powderhouse Court, Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 10:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes. Officer John Lannon made the arrest in Newburyport. 

Rodney A. Smith, 54, 25 Portland St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 10:07 p.m. and charged with operator refuse to identify self, marked lanes and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Officer Neil Moody made the arrest on Macy Street. 

Peter A. Tammaro, 51, 31 Thompson St., Amesbury, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Shawn O’Brien made the arrest. 

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Keith A. Debarge, 51, 104 Eden Glen, Leominster, was arrested Friday at 10:04 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Craig Goodrich made the arrest on North End Boulevard. 

Jason B. Jewett, 23, 20 Harrison Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 7:28 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officer Robert Slepoy made the arrest at CVS Pharmacy, Route 1. 

Judy E. Church, 58, 108 Central Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 9:02 p.m. and charged with malicious or wanton injury to real property and breaking and entering nighttime for a felony. Officers Jeffrey Greene and Jeremy Kelley made the arrest on Central Avenue. 

Kenneth M. Hogan, 33, 11 Collins St., Apt. C6, Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 10:12 p.m. on charges of leave scene after property damage and marked lanes. Officer Michael Tullercash issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident with injury on Pike Street. 

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Kristine A. Andrews, 28, and Kirk D. Plamondon, 54, both of 28 Hobson St., Hampton, N.H., were arrested Friday at 11 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Giarusso III made the arrest at the Seabrook police station. 

Janet Marie Franklin, 31, 210 Walton Road, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 3:12 p.m. and charged with six counts of forgery. Officer Travis Brown made the arrest on Lower New Zealand Road. 

Scott E. Knowles, 21, 120 Lower Collins St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 10:49 p.m. and charged with breach of bail conditions. Officers Zachary Bunszell and Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest on Worthley Avenue. 

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Robert McMahon, 41, 67 South Main St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:31 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle after license or right to operate was suspended, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle and license not in possession. Officer James Velonis Jr. issued the summons on Route 1. 

Douglas Austin MacDonald, 65, 17 Kimberly Drive, Danvers, was arrested Sunday at 1:28 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Jason DaCunha made the arrest on the Plum Island Turnpike. 

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michael Townsend, 41, 2313 Belmont Ave., Apt. 1A, Bronx, N.Y., was arrested Friday at 12:30 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Michael Traister made the arrest in Boxford. 

Joy Rechunck, 31, 44 New Zealand Road, No. 30, Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 11:35 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Christopher Ryan issued the summons in Newbury. 

Leonardy Batista, 23, 82 Pilling St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:37 a.m. on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, fail to drive in right lane, speeding and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Trooper Brian Fuller issued the summons in Haverhill.

Gabriel A. Calderon, 26, 122 Sheridan St., Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 2:30 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes and fail to use care in stopping. Trooper Ryan made the arrest in Rowley.

Benjamin S. Farrar, 37, 87 Front St., No. 2, Shirley, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:26 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Trooper Fuller issued the summons in Haverhill.
