David Ayala, 35, 4 Fountain St., Peabody, was arrested Saturday at 6:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Dani Michalek made the arrest on Graf Road.

Harold S. Tuell, 35, 97 Springfield St., Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 10:05 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Christopher McDonald and John Gavin made the arrest on Low Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Glenn C. Williams, 30, 70 Maple St., West Newbury, was arrested Friday at 5:53 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officers Charles Sciacca, Craig Lesage, Steven Reed and Jason Kooken made the arrest at CVS Pharmacy, Macy Street.

Michelle Spadafora, 53, 21 California St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 10:17 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and license not in possession. Officers Sciacca and Ronald Guilmette issued the summons on Friend Street.

Eduardo Nolasco, 23, 29 Morris St., Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:02 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. At the same time, Norma Quexitan, 44, 850 Broadway, No. 2, Everett, was issued a summons on a charge of allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Jason Kooken and David Clark issued the summons on Rocky Hill Road.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Andrew Hughes, 26, 14 Fowler St., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit murder. Officers Daniel McNeil, Brian Smith and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Fowler Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Jack L. Glockner III, 25, 1692 Plymouth St., Bridgewater, was arrested Friday at 4:02 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

Jonathan Robert Cody, 21, 47 Weare Road, Apt. B1A7, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 12:12 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and receiving stolen property. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Tim Albert Grella Jr., 36, 180 Ashworth Ave., No. 4, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 6:07 a.m. and charged with theft by deception. Officers Ryan Kane and Daniel Henderson made the arrest on Ashworth Avenue.

NEWBURY

Brian W. Cosgrove, 23, 108 Elm St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 8:34 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Stephen Smith and Daniel Jenkins made the arrest on Elm Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Naomi Hudson, 22, 16 Rand Court, Danvers, was issued a summons Friday at 8 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Joseph Charles Marcorelle, 51, 4 Charlotte Road, No. 16, Ipswich, was arrested Thursday at 8:05 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Main Street.

Sergio Gomez, 41, 136 Shawmut St., Chelsea, was arrested Saturday at 11:14 a.m. and charged with motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). The arrest was made on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Roger A. Flores, 40, 57 Sargent St., No. 1, Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 12:05 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant, marked lanes and operator refusing to identify self to police. Trooper DePena made the arrest in Amesbury.

Milan K. Patel, 30, 53 Peach Orchard Road, Burlington, was issued a summons Friday at 12:57 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Lucas issued the summons in Amesbury.

Robert John Hanagan, 23, 22 Lawrence Road, Bradford, was arrested Friday at 1:36 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Lucas made the arrest in Haverhill.

Francis A. Beato, 25, 1 Angle St., first floor, Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 1:51 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, child endangerment while under the influence, a lights violation and child 5-12 without a seat belt. Trooper Shea made the arrest in Haverhill.

Frankie Chavarria, 18, 104 Sumner St., No. 9. Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 2:55 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Trooper Miskell issued the summons in Haverhill.

Andrew J. Billcliff, 25, 7 Kimberly Road, Kingston, N.H.; and Jillian E. Shay, 24, 7A Button Drive, Londonderry, N.H.; were arrested Friday at 3:15 a.m. and charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and previous warrants. Trooper Crowley made the arrests at the Beachway Motel in Salisbury.

Nichol C. Hannaford, 35, 97 Blossom St., Bradford, was issued a summons Friday at 6:50 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Miskell issued the summons in Haverhill.

Shailyn A. Harrington, 22, 225 Low St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:41 a.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Salisbury.

Michael K. White, 40, 4 Duck Pond Road, No. 203, Beverly, was issued a summons Saturday at 2:30 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no inspection sticker. Trooper DePena issued the summons in Newburyport.

Allen R. Marcus, 23, 39 Columbus Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 12:33 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a number plate violation and marked lanes.

Patricia D. Dineen, 84, 72 Bacheller St., Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:50 a.m. on charges of leaving scene of property damage and marked lanes. Trooper Orlando issued the summons following a past incident in Boxford.

Emmanuel Santiago-Cruz, 26, 1 New St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:50 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a lights violation. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.
