AMESBURY — Amesbury Community Theatre will present Robert Harling’s stage and screen classic “Steel Magnolias” in four performances March 16-18.
This limited engagement is directed by Michelle Spadafora.
As six women gather in a beauty parlor to discuss everything from favorite recipes and local beauty queens to births and death, they find strength within themselves and comfort in each other’s company.
This performance will take place at the studio of Amesbury Community Theatre, a small, nonprofit theater program dedicated to providing theatrical education and performance opportunities to children and adults in the area.
The show times for Steel Magnolias are: Friday, March 16, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, March 17, at 2 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, March 18, at 2 p.m. Amesbury Community Theatre is at 109 Main St.
