BYFIELD – Wild Maple will perform in concert, splitting the bill with folk duo Oliver The Crow on Sept. 21 at The Cat in the Cradle Coffee House. 

The show, at 7 Central St., starts at 7 p.m.

Wild Maple will perform its mix of original and cover songs with vocal harmonies, fiddle, guitar and stand-up bass. Tickets are $13 and available for online purchase at

Wild Maple formed in 2009, creating a lively, innovative acoustic sound that’s an interplay of musical influences including: Americana/roots music, blues, bluegrass, classic country, folk, Celtic, popular music of the past 60 years, and classical. 

Recent performances include Club Passim in Cambridge, The Walnut Street Café in Lynn, The Hearing Room in Lowell, The Crane Estate in Ipswich, and featured performances on The Unfinished Music program in West Gloucester.

Music critics have praised Wild Maple’s “appealing and polished sound” with both male and female lead vocals and “sensational vocal harmonies.”
