To the editor:

The senior celebration fundraising committee raises funds for Newburyport High School's senior celebration, an organized, all-night, substance-free evening where graduates gather one final time before embarking on their respective paths.

This will mark the 31st year of the tradition. As with years past, it takes much time and effort to realize such an endeavor. Parents and community business leaders combined resources to execute two events: Trivia Night on April 5 and Night at the Races on May 3. Both fundraising events were a brilliant success!

A special thanks to Scott McKeague and the North End Boat Club for generously donating the space for Trivia Night. We'd also like to thank all our generous sponsors: Oregano's Pizzeria, Michael's Harborside, Lynch's Pharmacy, the YWCA Newburyport, Mill River Winery, Jabra, Agave, Kelly's Taylor Rental, Nick's Pizza, the Exchange Club of Greater Newburyport and Timothy S.
