SOUTH HAMPTON, N.H. — William O. Guild, 81, of Main Avenue, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010 at the Oceanside Nursing Home in Hampton, N.H.
Born in Pawtucket, R.I. on June 3, 1929, he was the son of the late Whitfield and Frances (Kubiak) Guild. He was the husband of Thelma (Clement) Guild.
He served in the Merchant Marines and was a longtime salesman for the former Marble Motors in Haverhill.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, David Guild of Deerfield, N.H.; two daughters, Nancy Wurzel of South Hampton, N.H., and Katherine Cresta of Greenland, N.H.; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 1 p.m. in the South Hampton Cemetery in South Hampton, N.H. Everyone is invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements are by the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home in Amesbury.
